Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and manuals intact.
- Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Important: Items showing signs of use, wear, or tampering will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstance.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned, even if unused:
- Personal care products
- Food items or perishables
- Undergarments
- Custom or made-to-order items
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return (if eligible), and place a new order for the desired item.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us via email at info@zareenamart.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include the following details:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe and documented return delivery.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide valid bank details.
